How long will my roofing job take?

The answer is relative to how large the structure is. Most of the homes are completed within about 2-3 days. Larger commercial buildings can take as long as 2 to 3 weeks, depending upon how many penetrations there are on the roof.

Do I need to be home when your guys drop by?

We prefer to meet in person with the homeowner when doing an estimate, however the homeowner does not need to be present at the time the roof is completed.

Will you guys clean up after the roof job is done?

Yes, we do an extensive cleanup using rakes as well as a magnetic nail sweep.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes we do, we offer financing with deferred payment options up to twelve months as well as traditional term loan financing.

When can I get on the schedule?

Upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit we will schedule your job.

Will my shingle color match my existing shingles?

When doing a repair on a shingled roof, we try to set the expectation that the shingle color will not be an exact match.

Do I need a permit?

It depends on your local municipality building code enforcement.

I was approved for the loan, now what?

Upon receipt of an approval notice from the finance company we can schedule your job and be on site within two weeks.

Do you make a lot of noise installing a roof?

A roof replacement is considered a major renovation to your home. When tearing the shingles off of the roof and nailing the new roof shingles down, there will be a considerable amount of noise. Fortunately it only lasts a day or two.

How do the maintenance plans work?

Roof maintenance and/or service agreements are billed and scheduled semi annually. Maintaining your flat roof and ensuring the drains are cleared can extend the life of your roof.

How long is the warranty?

All the major manufacturers of roofing shingle offer a limited lifetime warranty on their products. Our labor warranty can range from 10 to 20 years depending upon the type of shingle and or application to your roof.

If there are any problems with the completed job, will you come back and repair it?

The primary reason for your workmanship warrant is to ensure that if there are any issues with your roof in the future we will provide service and repairs at no additional costs, provided the damages are not the result of a major storm.

What payment of methods do you offer to customers?

*All permits & fees required to complete this project must be paid to Roof4Roof along with the final balance at completion of work. A 3% fee will be applied to Credit Card, Electronic Check, Cash App and PayPal transactions. The interest of 2% per month will be added to any balance due over 30 days.
