Shingle Roofs
The reinforcement layer typically starts out with either an asphalt-saturated organic felt or fiberglass mat. This reinforcement is the structural base of the shingle, to which the other raw materials (asphalt and granules) are applied. In order for asphalt roofing shingles to provide protection, the reinforcement must resist tearing, warping and shrinkage when applied on stable, well-ventilated roof decks.
Roof4Roof is fully equipped to complete all types of asphalt shingle roof repairs to maintain the integrity of your roof’s materials and related systems (such as drainage and ventilation). Small fixes done properly can help prevent larger problems, or more major repairs, over time. We’ll replace and repair missing, broken or buckled shingles and possible shingles that have broken free or blown away.
Even if there are no outward signs of obvious damage, as a homeowner, you should sign up for Roof4Roof’s maintenance plan, which regularly inspects and performs maintenance where necessary, keeping your roof in healthy condition may protect the home. Maintenance is an investment that will make a large difference in the long run.
In addition, we also cater to price-conscious clients and those in the multi-family housing industry, as long time members of the NJAA and many other trade/civic associations. We’re happy to provide you with a free inspection and written proposal, along with a drone and satellite report, if necessary.
